tikj Terms & Conditions

1.1 Binding Agreement. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and tikj ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tikj website at tikj.net, including all associated services, betting products, casino games, payment facilities, and promotional offers. By accessing tikj.net, creating an account, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

1.2 Amendment of Terms. tikj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms take effect immediately upon publication at tikj.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the tikj platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any translation being made available for reference purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

1.4 Severability. If any clause or provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that clause shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

1.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with tikj's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on tikj.net, constitute the entire agreement between the User and tikj with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, understandings, or agreements.

1.6 Applicable Jurisdiction. tikj operates as an online entertainment and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. Users are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using tikj is lawful in their jurisdiction. tikj makes no representation that its services are permitted under the laws of any particular jurisdiction.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements. To register and maintain a tikj account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. tikj operates a strict 18+ policy and complies with international responsible gaming standards regarding the protection of minors.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being). Corporate entities, bots, automated scripts, or agents acting on behalf of undisclosed principals may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with tikj or any other platform that has communicated an exclusion to tikj.

2.2 One Account Per Household. tikj permits one registered account per person and strongly recommends one account per household address. Where multiple accounts are detected sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, tikj reserves the right to investigate and, if collusion or bonus abuse is suspected, to close all related accounts.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. tikj may at any time — including before processing a withdrawal — request identity verification documents from any account holder. Acceptable documents include a National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age and identity verification, and a utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request may be suspended or closed. Winnings accrued in an unverified account may be withheld pending verification.

2.4 Accuracy of Account Information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or payment method changes, you must update your tikj account profile promptly. tikj is not liable for failed communications or payments resulting from outdated account information.

2.5 Account Security. You must keep your tikj Login username and password confidential at all times. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any other person to use your account, or log in from a shared or public device without taking precautions to prevent credential exposure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact tikj support immediately at [email protected].

2.6 Minors Protection. tikj strongly urges all registered users with children or minors in their household to use parental control software and to ensure that tikj login credentials are never accessible to persons under the age of 18. If tikj determines that a registered account belongs to or has been used by a minor, the account will be closed immediately, all deposits refunded where legally required, and all winnings voided.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tikj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tikj does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your tikj wallet within 30–90 seconds of the mobile money transfer being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. tikj is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

3.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the tikj account dashboard. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered to the same account holder. tikj does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, third-party bKash numbers, or accounts in a different name from the registered player.

3.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. Once approved, funds are typically received by the player within 1–4 hours for mobile money methods and 1–2 business days for bank transfers. During periods of high volume, processing times may extend by up to 24 hours.

3.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active bonus funds must be either completed (wagering requirements met) or forfeited. Such cases will be escalated in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

3.8 Currency. All tikj accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tikj does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any deposit made from a foreign currency source will be declined or returned.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by tikj are subject to specific terms published at the point of the promotion. By activating a bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for the matters they address.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. Most tikj bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is available.

4.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and certain games (e.g., progressive jackpot slots, specific table game variants) may contribute 0% and be excluded from wagering requirement calculations. 4.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus is active and wagering requirements are outstanding, a maximum single bet limit applies. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum during bonus play is a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of bonus winnings, even if the wagering requirement has subsequently been met.

4.5 Bonus Expiry. All tikj bonuses carry an expiry period, which is specified at the point of activation. Bonus funds and any associated free spins not used within the expiry window are automatically removed from the account. Expiry periods are not extended under any circumstances.

4.6 One Bonus Per Player. Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. tikj uses automated systems to detect duplicate bonus claims and will void bonus winnings from accounts found to be in breach.

4.7 Bonus Abuse. tikj defines bonus abuse as any strategy or behaviour intended to gain an unfair financial advantage from promotional offers without genuine recreational intent. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly; using matched betting strategies on tikj promotions; exploiting software errors to obtain bonus credits; or coordinating bonus claims with other players. Accounts found guilty of bonus abuse will be closed and any winnings forfeited.

4.8 tikj's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. tikj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after a bonus has already been activated by a player, the existing bonus will be honoured under the terms active at the time of activation.

5.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the tikj platform are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when the platform displays a bet reference number and the stake has been deducted from your available wallet balance. tikj is not responsible for bets not placed due to technical failure — in such cases the stake is returned to the wallet without delay.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by sport, market type, game, and account tier. Current limits are displayed on the relevant betting or gaming interface at the time of placing a wager. tikj reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits where warranted by risk management or responsible gaming considerations.

5.3 Palpable Errors. If tikj publishes odds, payouts, or game conditions that are clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error (a "palpable error"), tikj reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds and to return the stake to the player. tikj will not be liable for any loss arising from a player's reliance on palpable error odds. This right applies even after a bet has been settled.

5.4 Sports Betting — Event Cancellation. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or abandoned before the result of a market can be determined, all bets on affected markets will be voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply where the market has already been settled (e.g., a first-inning cricket total that was completed before abandonment).

5.5 Live Betting. Live (in-play) betting markets are governed by the same rules as pre-match markets with the additional condition that delays in data feeds, internet connectivity, or platform processing may result in a brief suspension of markets or the voiding of bets placed on stale prices. tikj's trading team monitors live markets at all times and reserves the right to suspend or withdraw markets at any point during a live event.

5.6 Casino Games — RNG and Fair Play. All tikj casino games that use a random number generator (RNG) operate on certified RNG software. Game outcomes are statistically random and independent of all previous rounds. 5.7 Live Casino Games. Live dealer games are provided by third-party suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. These games are subject to the rules of the respective game supplier in addition to these Terms. In the event of a dealer error or technical failure during a live game round, the rules of the game supplier will govern the outcome of that round.

5.8 Malfunction Voids All Play. 6.2 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tikj platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential referral to law enforcement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access the platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or assisting any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity related to any sporting event offered on tikj.
• Laundering money or using tikj as a conduit for any financially criminal activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploit promotions, or circumvent account restrictions.
• Attempting to hack, probe, or disrupt the tikj platform's technical infrastructure, servers, APIs, or databases.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward tikj staff or other users.
• Colluding with other players in table games or live casino settings to gain an unfair advantage.

6.3 Responsible Communication. When contacting tikj support, users are expected to communicate respectfully and in good faith. tikj reserves the right to terminate a support interaction if the user engages in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language, and to apply account restrictions where such behaviour is repeated.

6.4 Reporting Obligations. If you become aware of any conduct by another tikj user that violates these Terms — including suspected match-fixing, bot usage, or fraud — you are encouraged to report it to the tikj integrity team at [email protected]. Reports made in good faith will be treated confidentially.

7.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request to close your tikj account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with these Terms, and any remaining real-money balance (after settlement of active bonuses per clause 3.6) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. tikj provides a self-exclusion facility as part of its responsible gaming commitment. A self-exclusion closes your account for a minimum period of six months, during which tikj will make reasonable efforts to block your access. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. A self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period has elapsed. 7.3 tikj-Initiated Suspension. tikj may suspend an account with immediate effect and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; ongoing KYC verification; a dispute under investigation; or any other circumstance where suspension is considered necessary to protect the platform, other users, or the account holder themselves. During a suspension, the account holder retains access to account statement history but cannot deposit, withdraw, or wager.

7.4 tikj-Initiated Closure. tikj may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed; where KYC verification cannot be completed to tikj's satisfaction; or where continued operation of the account presents unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, tikj reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to void bonus winnings accumulated during the period of the breach.

7.5 Effect of Closure. Upon closure of a tikj account (whether voluntary or tikj-initiated), all pending bonus balances, free spins, and promotional credits are forfeited. Any real-money balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

8.1 Platform Availability. tikj aims to provide uninterrupted access to the platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, tikj does not warrant that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from interruption. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability. tikj will not be liable for any loss, missed betting opportunity, or inconvenience caused by platform downtime.

8.2 Limitation of tikj's Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tikj's total aggregate liability to any user arising from or related to use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tikj shall not in any circumstances be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

8.3 Third-Party Services. The tikj platform integrates third-party game content providers, payment processors, and data feed suppliers. tikj is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, or failures of any third-party service provider. Any disruption to a third-party service that affects your tikj experience does not entitle you to compensation from tikj beyond the return of any stake directly affected by the disruption.

8.4 User's Own Risk. All gambling and betting activity carries inherent financial risk. By using tikj, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds wagered and that tikj provides no guarantee of winnings. Gambling on tikj is for entertainment purposes only. You should never wager more than you can afford to lose.

8.5 Dispute Resolution Process. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a bet settlement, a payment, a bonus, or any other matter, you must first contact the tikj support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute, including your account username, the relevant transaction or bet reference number, and a clear description of your complaint. tikj will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 5 business days. 8.6 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with tikj's response to a formal dispute, you may request that the matter be reviewed by a senior member of the tikj compliance team by responding to the original dispute correspondence and including the phrase "Escalation Request" in the subject line. Escalated disputes are reviewed within 10 business days. tikj's decision on escalated disputes is final for matters within the scope of these Terms.

8.7 Intellectual Property. All content on tikj.net — including but not limited to the tikj logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the property of tikj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any tikj content without explicit written permission.

8.8 Governing Language. These Terms are written in English. All dispute correspondence, escalation requests, and formal communications with tikj must be submitted in English to ensure accurate processing.
